Sorry, but pills and creams do not work and you would be throwing your money away.
Breast tissue is predominantly fat. The only way to increase your bust size is to gain weight and then there is no guarantee that it will go to your bust line. Your bust line will increase during pregnancy but, again, that is a temporary increase.
So, choose a padded bra, miracle bra or "water" bra if you want to increase your size. Surgery is the only other option.

either by being pregnant or gaining weight.
sorry, no other solutions really.
might i suggest a push-up bra and a friend to let ya know you are ok as is?
