I got this one dude who is sweet and worships the ground me and my baby walk on. However, it's a past boyfriend and we lost our connection when he went to prison for about 4 years. Now he's out and been out a while and wants to be with us. I just can't bring myself to be with him. While he was away I fell in love with another man. Who turned out to be absolutely wrong for me. Now my past lover is still around and will do anything to be apart of our lives. I'm thinking the longer he comes around this will only make me gain the feelings I had before he got locked up. Oh, I didn't mention that we were in a nine month relationship before he got locked up. Does anyone think I will gain the feelings I had for this man before? Or not? Now I've decided to take me and my baby and move away from this forbidden city. And start a new life elsewhere. I think that's why I won't let myself get back into this man. HELP ME!

I don't know what you mean about "...this forbidden city." It seems you're the one is is making wrong choices. If you haven't got the courage to do what is best for you AND YOUR BABY, then perhaps moving away would be wise. Sweep all that emotional garbage out of you "head" & concentrate on being mature. Responsible.

Neither one sounds like a good choice. Why move? unless this is something you really want to do. The best way to create a good life for yourself is to make it where ever you are right now. Have the strength to say no to the two men that are in your life now and go out and meet others.............after spending a few years getting to know yourself first.

You have a child to think about now. What's best for your child? Maybe you shouldn't be with either man! Do both have steady jobs? Are they willing to support you and take care of you and the baby? You have alot of serious thinking to do.

what did he even get locked up for?? i would worry about your baby if it's something so serious to even be locked up for 4 years. and if the 2nd guy is wrong for you, then forget about it already. these 2 guys aren't the only fish in the sea.

If you still have feelings for this guy then see if he would be willing to go with you.You did not say weather he is the father of your baby or not?Give him a chance to make you happy again.You might not ever know if you don't try.
