How can the New York Knicks stop sucking, and become a good basketball team once again?

They have major salary cap issues, they paid over paid these average players and are stuck with them. Their only hope is the draft. If they fire Isaiah Thomas, the next coach is still stuck with the same players.

and also a new coach that is good and willing to coach the team without quitting whether they r losing or winning.

lets see they prob. should ve kept larry brown cuz forming a franchise takes more than 1 year it takes bout five to seven if u think bout it or bring in a young talent that is just wating to exlplode like adam morrison or tyrus thomas or just make better use of their draft desicions and by the way isah is a legend in basketball but just cuz of that doesnt mean he can coach

not exactly get rid of their coach but to trade away half their players. i dont think getting players with potential can help them because the players they think have potential, dont play well with others. they need to trade away some of their young players, pickup a couple veterans and go from there. and they have to get rid of marbury and q rich for sure.
