I don't think she's in jail yet, however if she is convicted of the charges (dui and driving on the other side of the road) she will have to serve jail time because this is her second dui.

OK, She is not in jail she got arrested and prosecuted because she was under the influence of heroin and had stacks of it. She was ratted out by the Hiltons for suspicion and police caught her with approximately $11,000 of raw heroin. She will just bail her *ss out of the arrest and go on with heroin filled needles and the rumors of sex tapes just like Paris Hilton. The police found the heroin in her car after a DUI.

I hopes she handles herself with extra delight and decorum than Paris, Lindsey, and Britney and end ingesting now that she is about to have somewhat one. i'm hoping it adjustments her approach in course of existence...unlike Britney who would not care at wondering about her little ones.
