Since when did ILIGAN and DAVAO became an island? The question is the most beautiful ISLAND not city or province. Anyway, there are lots of beautiful islands in the Philippines, some might have not been discovered.
I am not familiar in Luzon region but in the Visayas, there is Palawan, Bohol and Cebu (including outlaying islands like Coron, Panglao, Malapascua, Bantayan)
In Mindanao, there are the islands of Camiguin (near Cagayan de Oro City), Siargao (near Surigao City), Samal (near Davao City).

The most beautiful island i've been to is coron island in palawan. It's at the northern portion. Boracay and Cebu are nothing compared to the white sand, clear water (it's clear as the water in an aquarium, no kidding) of Coron. And it's not that commercialized there yet so it's still so clean and oh so picturesque!

When it comes to beautiful islands, Philippines is stunning. Boracay, Cebu and Palawan are all fantastic destinations and I would pit them against any island in the world especially when it comes to wildlife and beaches. My favorite place however is a place called El Nido, which is in palawan. So as much as I love Cebu and Boracay, I will have to say Palawan.

The most beautiful island in the Philippines is Pamalican island where Amanpulo beach resort located. It has their own airstrip, preserved water species, very clear bluewater water and powdery whitesand beach.

I live on bantayan island and have been here for 6 years. its a 3 hour bus or taxi ride to hagnaya from cebu city and then a 1 hour boat trip . white sand beaches good acomadation lots of bar and resturants . very freindly people

The island of Cebu. You'll find everything you want. There are three cities, beautiful beaches, 5-star hotels, casinos, bars, malls, 24 hr convenience stores, native products & gift items, great singers & entertainers, and friendly Cebuanos.

Although I'm from another province, I wpuld say that the best island in the Philippines is PALAWAN. hands down!

The ones you can't go to. There are some which are privately owned (I kid you not. I know of at least one where I was lucky enough to know the owner and get invited there.)
But among those you can go to, there's Boracay. Its not that private anymore, however.

Cebu has some nice features but is hardly private.I like Camiguin.
