IQ tests are relevant when used in comparison to acheivement scores and processing score. IQ tests must be given carefully by trained people.

An IQ score of 164 is extremely high. 100 is considered average, and person scoring above a 130 is considered "gifted".

IQ tests measure your reasoning capability. It is a quotient expressing it as an age.

(Mental age)/(Real age)

164 is about 2 deviations above average. That's significant.

If you are, say, 50, then that makes your reasoning age about 80.

your IQ is higher than 98% of the world's population.. if that IS your IQ of course. the average IQ is 100 and only one person in the world has that IQ. the rest are either above average or sadly.. below average. So be happy =] .
