how to pull an automotive mini-relay from a fusebox?

i need to know how to pull the fuse without breaking it

If you don't have the fuse puller, just use a pair of needle nose pliers to pull out the fuse. A fuse is just like a battery in a remote control. Just pull it out.

Sled is right, also might want to disconnect the battery cable, good chance to short things out when screwing around in a fuse box.
