I have looked everywhere for a specific part in TKAMB but i can't' find it. I hope someone can though. It is the part where Scout is being nice to Walter . When she 'steps in his shoes' what page. chapter, part, event before and after. Anything you can give to me Please. I just cannot find it.

I think it's right after Scout gets in trouble for speaking up to defend Walter in class when the new teacher sees a "cootie" coming out of Walter's hair. She also tries to explain to the teacher why Walter doesn't have lunch, "He's a Cunningham, ma'am." The teachers sends Scout to the corner. When they leave class, Scout attacks Walter for getting her into trouble. Jem comes along and breaks it up and invites Walter to lunch at the Fitch house.
