This is about the time that I start getting happier. Sears and Macy's have ruined the joyfulness. To make their own pockets "Joyful", the stores are trying to start Christmas after Labor Day.

Yes, unless I'm in the store with all of those lovely, rude people who have to have the last whatever or refuses to get out of the way or cuts you of in the parking lot.
I'm really joyful when I'm home and completely out of the public.

Not really.. it's been really stressful. Christmas is almost here, and it's going by fast that I don't have time to feel the holiday spirit.. =/
If you're feeling joyful, please donate to Toys for Tots or the Salvation Army. Christmas is the best time of the year to give to those less fortunate! =D

Winter is always hard - financially and emotionally. Heating bills, etc, plus the shorter days. I try to remain joyful in spite of these.

YES, it's a nice break to the winter weather, all the lights, cookies, sparkling packages! My key to keeping the joy in my heart is not to worry about what kind of presents to give, but how to spend just a little more time with the people I like to be around...it's the only time of year we really don't need a reason to get together, laugh, tell jokes and have some fun.

This year has been incredibly tough, what with the deaths of three friends and several health scares/crises/surgeries between me and hubbind; usually, yes, it IS a joyous time for us both.

not really. All the money spending gets kind of stressful but I do love to shop!
Sometimes seeing the family can be more stressful than fun also.
But in the end, I am starting to love Christmas because of my boyfriend!

You bet! I have my two dearest friends in my life and I am fortunate enough to have a sweet little miniature poodle that is happy to see me when I get home.
