I got my nephew candy coals for christmas and told him that santa said that he was sorry but that was all that be was getting.lol

Well, I can tell you that there cetainly are a few folks who do get coal for Christmas each year. At SantasCoal.com through Yahoo stores, we sell small bags of coal as a Christmas novelty gift. Some of our customers have shared great stories about the reactions of those who receive it. We ship anonymously if requested and it is always a kick when the receivers get in touch with us to try to figure out who sent it. Of course we don't tell. Anyway, yes some people do get coal from Santa!

I did once. I was about 14 and a week before Christmas I got caught skipping school. Besides punishing me I got coal in my stocking.

No, but in 1983 I lived in East Tennessee. Christmas morning I woke up and it was EXTREMELY cold...so cold that the radiator on my 1976 Monte Carlo froze and burst...We could not drive it to join our family for Christmas dinner. I remember thinking that day that I wished Santa had left me a lump of coal !!! Now, with 8 days left until Christmas we are experiencing beautiful weather in the 60s. (I'm sorry, this little anecdote has no real point--hey, MERRY CHRISTMAS !!!)

I bought some fake coal this year and I'm sticking it in my familys stockings. But I've never gotten any.

Yes, my cousin did one year. He got suspendid from school that year and got into a couple of fights. When it was time for Christmas all of us were opening our gifts and he found a box full of coal. My aunt told him that it was going to happen if he got into trouble and he didnt listen. He was 12 at the time

NO I NEVER GOT-TON COAL I GOT SOMETHING MUCH WORES A EMPTY STOCKING . TRY THAT STOCKING STOCKING ON .
