Sims is one of the highly populated video/pc games there is.
The language you are hearing is called Simmish which is their own language.Once you play the game and understand what they are discussing about in their talk bubble--i.e. cloud--weater,heart-love,ect
Try the game..Once you get the hang of it, You will be addicted
