there are always 4 full weeks. 4*7=28, so February has only 4 weeks, April, June, September, November have 4 weeks and 2 days, the others, have 4 weeks and 3 days.
Every few months there are 5 Sundays in a month. Which might be why your cousin thought there were 5 weeks.

u can not say the month 4 or 5 weeks because the month is either 28 ,29 ,30,or31 days so ,the month is eithe 4weeks,or 4 weeks and 1 day ,or4weeks and 2 days ,or 4 weeks and 3 days.all that since the week is 7 days.
but the month might be 4 weekends or 5 weekends ,since we know that weekend means Saturday and Sunday.
so each month has 4 seven different days(sun mon tus........)and 1,2,3 other days.

you are both right, some months have 5 weeks and some months have 4 weeks. Why not just look at a calendar.
