id like for those who are voiceless to have a voice, for those who are lonely to have a friend, for those who seek guidance to have a guide. mostly i hope that injustice is turned to justice.

I vote for ...world peace. Sure, it's a big request for change, but "can't we all just get along?"
I think the only way any real positive change can happen in the world though, is for people to forget about pursuing prosperity in lieu of everything else. Greed, and the fanatics that are proponents for a 'world economy,' will be the demise of this world.
The scary thing is that the world as we know it may force us to change simply because the carrying capacity of Earth cannot handle the destructive uses of its resources. A problem that only intensifies with war, pollution, population, and disease.
It's time that the 'powers that be' begin to implement strategies that will benefit all of mankind. People before profits. Earth before the economy.

1) For Jews and Arabs to find peace and teach their children love, forgiveness and acceptance and not hate as BOTH sides do.
2) For corrupt South American governments (my country included) to be held accountable by the UN for their ever-increasing poverty rates and child mortality.
3)For African nations to be more aggressive with their AIDS and birth control programs.
4) For the UN to do something about Sudan and other countries where thousand and thousands of people are being slaughtered by ignorant people with WWII rifles. Give me a break!!!
5) For more Hollywood celebrities to tour the world and putting pressure on governments to take care of their peoples.
6) For Russia, Japan and others to stop the senseless and cruel buthchering for whales, sharks and seals.
7) For Korea to stop torturing dogs and boiling alive so that Korean guys can get a "natural" Viagra (which is total BS!!)
8) For everyone to stop being so hypocritical and celebrate "freedom" in China when we all know that, although they have made progress, people still cannot speak their minds freely unless they want to end up shot dead somewhere.
9) For someone to help out Lebanon that is being torned apart on every side like a "free for all" by Western and Arab countries.
10) For people to TRULY make an effort and accept each other cultural differences.
11) For goverments to take global warming seriously. Glaciers, the polar caps are melting. Lakes are drying and so on.
12) To promote a lot more (more often) soccer (futbol) and olympics so we can bring together countries and share in good times instead of violence.
13) For news organizations all over the world to cover good and positive news too, not just the killing and destruction.
14) For someone to "shut up" Tom Cruise. :->
15) Many more

If we could see eye-to-eye on certain affairs, that would be plausible in my opinion. I would love to see less anger and hostility, but that's dreaming on my part I admit; however, we are making some progress with awareness. If one person can stand up and make a difference, then I'm all for that, 100%. That being said, historically, the types of individuals who fought for what was right, were the ones prosecuted to begin with but their names are etched in our souls... Mother Teresa, Martin Luther King Jr, Corretta Scott King are examples that spring to mind.

I'd like to see someone bring the middle East and Africa into the 21st century and eliminate all the medieval and tribal superstition and cruelty that is so prevalent.

Less hatred. People are so intolerant these days. It used to be that you had a difference of opinion, now people are hated for not have the same thoughts or beliefs.

i would like to see "sex" and "love" seperated ( i realize this might sound like a seriously slutty and unromantic notion )
(but i think they are two entirely seperate domains of being, whether we acknowldge that or not....from my point of view: sex is biology, while love is acceptance ) and we have them collapsed bigtime.
i would change it so that "sex" is in the same recreational domains as golf, hobbies, sports and going to the beach to watch the sunrise.
are people not treating sex like that now anyway except with layers upon layers of inauthenticities around it?

I think communication breakdown leads to a lot of problems, so more understanding of the other persons point of view should be called for

scarcity is the root of all conflict.. when humanity has tackled and conquered the issues of scarcity- be they in the forms of mental, resource, spiritual or social justice scarcities- then we will have only begun to move out of our infancy. there are no conflicts on the planet that are not rooted in one form of scarcity or another, and when human beings have everything they 'need' we are far, far less prone to conflict with onme another.
the truth is, the world is getting better, not worse, even though sometimes it looks that way. i defy anyone to try to prove to me that the world is getting worse. feel free to contact me.
