There isn't much you can do about it except move on. You can't change the past no matter how much you wish you could.

Crying is good for grief ,I just lost my mom last Saturday,{on the 9 of Dec.]It will be a hard Christmas for me this year.I guess if you have any one to talk to than please do so.If not than go talk to a Pastor,i have found that it helps some.Something else that helps is to write all your feelings down.I wrote a letter to my Mom and it is on my computer, and any time I want to read it I can.

Well first I allow myself to have a good cry for a few days at will, then I talk openly about my feelings.. and then with time I keep there memory alive by...

1.) slowly pulling out my favorite pictures of them and actually keeping them out to see everyday, and holding on to things that remind me of them
2.) talk about my loved one, i.e.(example) "Oh, he used to love to eat there..." etc. and then recalling happy memories
3.) I'm happy for my loved one because they've passed on, and run the race of life, and are now in God's memory, where they await resurrection in the new order.
4.) I pray to Jehovah God for endurance, strength and power beyond what is normal his holy spirit to help through those tough days while I await Armageddon (the end of this system of things, and wicked ones), and God's promise for the meek ones to inherit the earth
4.) I look forward to seeing them resurrected in the new order under Christs righteous kingdom rule, possible through his ransome sacrifice.

Remember if you wanna see the rainbow sometimes you gotta sit through the rain. Keep your chin up, your heart light, Keep on loving. Love is the reason we were created. Don't let your Love diminish. Give it and feel it overflow in your heart. Love cures all sadness, pain and sorrow.

Keep good friends. Good friends are hard to find. Nurture friendships that make your plight through life easier, more meaningful and wonderful. Truly poor is the man who lets there good friends go.

Don't keep resentments and memories of painful experiences. Life is not a bed of roses so you must learn to let go of negative feelings and memories of painful experiences but hold onto to he good ones. It's hard to go on living with a heavy heart. Pardon, forgive, forget if you can.

With time your emotional pain will heal.
