Actually you can get pregnant anytime you have sex without any protection unless you have your period. And so you know the sperm life is very short, that's why they need to swim fast so they don't die before taking a shot on your eggs! (that's in reference of one answer you got before)

Not very likely. Sperm only lasts a few days max. And then the embryo usually implants in the uterus within a couple days after that. But if the sperm lasted a long time and it took a long time to implant, it could happen. But, like I said, it isn't likely.

Unless you use an effective form of birth control, you can get pregnant any and every time you have sex (even if you are on your period, its still possible -- unlikely, but possible)! Unless you use protection or have both been screened for STIs/STDs and are monogamous then you can get an STD any and every time you have sex! Get it? This way, you dont need to worry about the lifespan of sperm.

Sperm can live in a woman for 5-7 days. An egg is fertile for 12-24 hours. You do the math.

the egg lives a few days and the sperm lives a few days... so depending on how good of living conditions your body provies, you can get pregnant within 7 days (that is the most I heard of ever). 9 is too much

If you're not sure how your own body works, you're probably not ready to have sex yet. Grab a health or biology book and check out the chapter on Human Reproduction. Don't have intercourse again til you've read it ... for your own protection.

9 days after NO. Sperm can't live that long, only about 48 hours or so. I can take 9 days to reach your uterus and implant though.
