Yes I do. I see pre-teens acting like they are 17 and 18 this is so wrong.

Yes, but it's kind of hard not to. There is alot of responsibility for some of us now a days and it's hard to slow down. We are getting told we need to start preparing for college in Junior High. In my particular case, I was entrusted to the care of my siblings at a young age. I had a job on a lobster boat at the age of 8. I knew I was not going to have any handouts in life so did most of friends. We all knew we couldn't afford to take a year off anymore. We had to get out into the workforce as soon as possible. So who can blame us for wanting act more grown up when we have all these adult pressures on our lives. Just my insight. But yes I do think kids are growing up way too fast. I am very scared because I am 19 and am pregnant with my first and I want s/he to enjoy childhood more than I was ever able too.

Yes, I myself have a 13yrs daughter that looks like 17. Believe me i wish she looked her age - she has the mentality of a 13 year old with me but when she is around her girlfriends she acts more like 15 I've had to recently ban her cause all they want to talk about is boys and sex too much too fast if you ask me.

Yes! Not only their attitudes toward life, but physically too. It seems like girls are developing way faster than 10+ yrs ago. My 11 yr old wears a bra size bigger than some adults and has the body of an 18 yr old. It's scary as hell!

Yeah because of influences and just to be cool.....me and my friends hang out with older people.....most of my friends are in their 20s....plus girls develop faster....I'm 13 and grown men (the oldest was like in their 50s, Im serious) would stare at me, whistle at me, talk to me, ask for numbers and nobody believed I was 13....they all thought I was 18 because of my body and I act kinda old as well....most people would talk to me and think I'm in my twenties or so since I'm very mature for my age

Not all but a very large percent. We can't control all of that though. Adults in and around our lives affect us more than we think

Yep 'cause they're getting exposed to the wrong things too early.
