I am 5'2" and weighed 105 pounds before pregnancy and now weigh 132 pounds at 34 weeks.... I have no stretch marks on my abdomen (thanks to loads of cocoa butter, vitamin E and exercise). What I am asking is how is my stomach going to look the few weeks after the baby arrives? Can anyone with a similar frame tell me how my stomach is going to look? Will I get stretch marks afterwards?

if you don't have stretch marks by 34 weeks you probably won't get them now. they DO fade with time, beleive me, because I got them with my children and now 9 years after my last one I have none.

as to how your stomach will look, it will be "flabby" for a few weeks definitely but how it looks after that depends on how well you exercise and stay in shape. a jogging stroller is a great investment, i speak from first-hand experience. there are exercise programs that help you get your muscle tone back and they do work, and i recommend them because with a young child you will be doing a lot of lifting and having good strong abs makes life a lot easier.

also, get a 'baby sling" and carry your baby as much as possible, even while doing house-hold chores, and this will help get your body back in shape as well.

as you are exercising, you should have no problem. i've had 4 children and still take size 9 jeans and i'm 5'8".

you are the same as me. i am very small, 46kilos before bubs. sorry not sure in pounds. i didnt show until 6 months, when i only had a tiny belly then, just looked bloated.

after bubs was born i looked 6months pregnant again. so just a little pudgey, what most girls have. as before i had no bump in my stomach. baby is now 5months and its still not tight, i suppose i have to do excersises. so everyone is like "wow, you look great" when i dont see myself that way, as ive never had a "not flat" stomach before.

through the pregnancy i put on 10kilos, and after birth i had lost 7 of those.

Your stomach will almost imediately go back to normal size, you may have say 3-5lbs excess, which will go away quickly, breastfeeding speeds the process, but do make sure you get proper nutrition, especially for the 1st 6 weeks after the baby is born, and allow yourself time for plenty of rest. DO NOT LOG ONTO THAT ADRESS THAT MAN JUST GAVE YOU, IT IS A VIRUS!!!!!!!

you may have stretch marks and a flabby tummy sac (unless you do sit ups like 100 a day). Other then that, you will firm up nice.... oh and your boobs lose shape, but stay bigger

You'll like you did before, except your stomach won't be flat and your breast will be bigger.
