First off -- as far as Jessi's answer -- you can't have a period if you've had a hysterectomy. Because there's no uterus .... there's no 'lining of the uterus' (blood) to be shed.

2nd .... YES YOU CAN GET PREGNANT. The only 100% sure way to NOT get pregnant is to not have sex. If an egg was released late in the cycle, it can be there for fertilization. Never take the chance if you're not ready for a child.

It's unlikely, but possible. Ovulation (when the egg is released from the ovary) can be difficult to predict because your menstrual cycle doesn't necessarily run like clockwork from month to month. If your cycle is shorter than usual, or if you bleed for extra days, you may ovulate during or shortly after your period. If the release of the egg (which can live for one to three days) coincides with the lingering live sperm (which can live in your body for five to seven days after unprotected sex), you can conceive. The bottom line: If you are not using contraception, it's a possiblity.

Of course not, anytime you have unprotected sex and even the times it is protected, there is always a chance. Remember, sperm can live inside of the body for 48 hours after sex. Want some love? Then wear a glove. It's still possible, but less likely.

You can't have intercourse during a period, there's blood. And even still I think there's a chance of pregnancy depending on how long the sperm takes to reach the egg.

Without the chance NO, but its highly unlikely. When a period arrives that means her egg was no fertilized. She should not release another egg for around 14 days after day 1 of cycle.

No, there's always a chance of pregnancy when you have sex, condom or not, regardless of the "time of the month" or not.
