you have one bad bulb with signal on see which light not workin and replace that bulb

Most likly a burned out signal bulb, turn the signal on, get out of the car, and look to see what one isnt' blinking. check the bulb of that one, and change

if it still happens, then it is a wiring issue, but go for the cheap fixes first. Even it the bulb in the signal thats not flashing seems good, change anyways, sometime the filiment is damaged but you cna't see it.

Sounds as if one of your blinker light bulbs on the left side isn't working. It needs replacing.
The only other posibility is that you need a new turn signal flasher. Flashers are usulally located on or near the fuse box under the dash. Look in your car manual for the location of the flashers/fues box.

the other left one is out, replace it. all the power is going only through one bulb, and because there is no resistance via two bulbs, it goes faster. the more bulbs, the slower it goes.

it has a light bulb burned out.

most cars either blink fast, or really slow with a burned out bulb.

either replace the bulb or check the flasher unit(under dash).do bulb first.
