no u can not use your Singapore driving license
u need to take a bus driver test in the US
and u need a green card inorder to work in the US

As a bus driver, you are not in a shortage occupation so it will be very hard to get the necessary documentation to emigrate to the USA. Once there, you will need to get a state driver's licence and then a bus driver's licence, known as a CDL. I wouldn't recommend putting to much effort into it and watch out for people that promise to set it all up for you for a fee. They usually take your money and run.
