Vinegar and water works well. You can also use bleach and water or Odor Ban. I found Odor ban at Sam's Club to remove pet urine from my garage and it works well. Wal*Mart might carry it. Good Luck!

What have you used so far? You could do a bleach+water solution soak, then directly after dumping replace with a dechlorinate+water soak (to nutrify the bleach). It should smell after that. Or a bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) +water soak--bicarb takes the smell out of things. Or you could try a carbon (charcoal filter media) + water soak.

Got a dishwasher? Use the specialty plastic cleaner, sorry, I forget what it's called. I think it's put out by Dawn, but it really works on plastic.
Worked for me.
