tips on how to throw a FAST football- best way to hold it, release, etc?

i need tips on ways i can throw a fast football, i mean a BULLET. i only need to throw it a short distance (about 15-20 steps away)

any input is appreciated

troy aikman held the ball at the end. His pinkie just touched the threads and the est stays near the end. i throw quick hard passes by throwing sidearm, but of course no defender should be between the passer and receiver.
