WELL DONE!! Few people quite realize the ramifications of bringing democracy to an anti-american state. Modern political scientists are having trouble recognizing that there is nothing intrinsic in democracy that makes it support other democracy.
Some argue for something called "democratic peace theory." This is an argument that basically states that two democracies will not fight each other. They give exceptions such as civil wars. But what they never take into account is that all the democracies they used in their case studies for the formation of the theory were all Western European. Sam Huntington, professor of political science at harvard, would claim "cultural peace theory," that common cultures don't fight each other. (read "the clash civilization" for more on this or email me and I can explain it to you).
Democratic peace theory (if it is correct--I can give a counter-argument if you like) will not work for the middle east. The middle east will be anti-american if its constituents are anti-american,,, and frankly they are, after continuous let downs by western powers.
But will that lead to war? No. In fact it will end terrorism and restore the balance of power. Terrorism exists because but not limited to the fact that it can gain support from populations that don't have a voice. Democracy will give them that voice and turn a group of would-be terrorists into a state-like actor in the international community. Forcing Iraq to operate as a state will allow the United States--as the current hegemon--to oppress and control it all it wants.

In the primary location, the Iraqis didn't 'ask' America to loose itself. America took it upon itself to 'unencumber' Iraq and to then introduce 'democracy.' Who is America to 'permit' any nation to create a democracy? It is accurately such warped considering by way of the American Government that creates such a lot of disorders all over the place the arena. Do now not for a second feel that America is eager to loose Iraq from Saddam after which support the nation cross democratic. The one and handiest realistic recognition or intent is Iraq's oil. Now, finally the devastations and killings that had occurred and are taking place every day, the Iraqis, even supposing they grew to be democratic (which of path could certainly not occur) do you continue to suppose they're going to love America or Americans or for that subject one of the vital different international locations within the Coalition of the Willing, peculiarly the UK??? Would you for those who had been Iraqi. If America used to be so eager to do proper by way of or for different international locations in crisis and consultant them at the democratic direction, how approximately taking a simlar function in Sudan in which 1000s have died and are demise and hundreds of thousands are ache in Dafur. Get truly. America isn't watching for different country's love or cares if their sentiments are anti. Their inteference wherever is situated totally on its financial, strategic or navy pursuits, humanity and democracy are simply phrases to justify movements.

America will not allow this. When the Palestians elected Hamas the americans refuse to recognise the elected government. They are only in favour of democracy when it benefits them otherwise they will support repressive governments and dictatorships such as Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Uzbekhistan
When the people of Chile elected the marxist Allende, the americans supported a military coup by the dictator Pinochet.

This Democracy will want vengeance on the greedy, power hungry dictators that surround, and used to rule Iraq. The true hope is that many other countries will follow in its example of freedom.

I don't think it much matters, as long as it's somewhat secular, as Turkey is. We didn't go in looking for a lapdog. The risks from an anti-American democracy would still be preferable to those from the previous regime.

We will do the same thing that we do to every other country that makes a government that does not agree with us(i.e. Vietnam). Ever since president Wilson, the U.S. had said that we believe in self determination or the right of the people of a country to determine their style of government but whenever a country that we say can self determine its policies and government goes against capitalism or our thoughts we immediately disown it. This shows that we are just as bad as some of those dictators who imprison citizens who express their own opinions.

You are right about one thing. Anyone who is pro-American will have a tough time with your question.
If you are American and you revel in the dilemma that the US is in, you are part of the problem, and not the solution.
Do you understand that the enemy wants us dead? Further, that the likeliest first to get the axe are liberals?

Then we will do what we did to the President of Iran in 1954, we will depose the leader and replace him with our man, like the Shah, or another Saddam who we supported most generously. That was spearheaded by Bush Sr. We are very "democratic" in our foreign policy. Click on the link below
