I would say God (religion), but if that religion comes between you and your family then you have a problem.

Family. They're the ones that supported you when you were little. They helped you get through the toughest times in your life. They love you more than anything. God may love you, and he might have been there for you always, but your family was really what helped you through everything. They taught you what was right and wrong, God just enforced what they said. You learn everything from your family before you learn from God. They always come first...at least, for me they do. I don't know what I'd do without them.

Totally depends on the person, I would consider family first, and I'm not very religious, I believe in god, but i'm not a sunday benchwarmer, I believe is okay to be a religion lover as long as it's not obsessive

Religion is the basis for your being and morality.
Therefore, you should not be unequally yoked with your spouse, you should be the same religion as your spouse.
Typically, they either agree, or are not married. This has been more liberally interpreted as both need baptised rather than "both Catholic" or whatever, these days. Nonetheless...
