It's not going to happen.
Even if someone was charged, it'd be 2nd degree murder, not punishable by death.

thats never happened......there are cases where they've been
sued in civil court by family members of the dead punk though.
i think there have been a few cases of prison time
for homeowners that "baited" someone into
robbing thier home though and they stupid punk died...
