we give them billions of our tax dollars each year.I didnt approve this.the congress just keeps on giving it to them year after year.and many of the people of katrina still dont have places to live.the Israeli state has about a 100 nukes. why do we keep giving them money when Americans could better use that money. thats why we pay taxes. to help Americans.

Take a look at the 2007 budget for the United States. There are billions of dollars that are being spent on useless programs. Check out www.cagw.org I think that is the website. It is a citizens against government waste. They really harp on crap like bridges to nowhere and $500.00 toilet seats.
We could do away with the Voice of America who's sole purpose is to broadcast how great America is to every country in the world. They even send a television broadcast to Cuba which the Cuban government jams so nobody can watch it. That only cost a few million dollars a year.
We could also do away with the Peace Corps. It was great back in the 60's when it was used as a CIA spy ring to get intelligence agents into foreign countries working as farmers or whatever.
We could also do away with the congressional chaplain who gets paid over $150,000 a year just for saying a few prayers and giving pogas advise to our stupid elected officials.

Interesting.
So, maybe the USA should cut off all its funding to Egypt, its second largest benificiary of foriegn aid.
That is also to the tune of billions annually and should be able to pay for a second New Orleans.
But of course, you won't suggest it. Because your objections are not really about the concept of foreign aid but about Israel.

Because your country is being controlled by Christian fundamentalits lunatics !!!! They won't stop supporting israel until their church rapture happen! That's right, they keep supporting weaponary to israel and sponsor more jews of russia to migrate to israel in order to prepare them for a new Holocaust.

The christian fundamentalist already know that if more jews migrate to the holy land, the more tension will arise among hostile arabs to the jews.
