How do I get it back to the bottom of the screen?

Just click in the middle of the toolbar and drag it away from the right and then down to the bottom and you'll notice it will move back to where it usually is.

Drag it back to the bottom of the screen then right click on it and select "Lock the Taskbar"

you right click then press unlock the taskbar then you drag it back to where you want it

grab it with the cursor and drag it back
