hello, i want to validate if a girl's phd degree as well as her research career at the university summer sessions for several years(they are vital to assess her ability)
and i also want the photo to prove it is her, because there are so many names of different people are the same
is that possible, if yes, then how

If this is for employment, you should have her sign a waiver to receive any information you may need. Usually the application she fills out has something that releases information.

If this is for your own kicks, you may be able to call the university she graduated from to verify she received the degree, but you would not be able to obtain a photograph verifying that it is actually her.

check with the univerisity, they should have it on record, she should have signed a waver saying they can release that information to prospective employers, if she hasnt be careful. You can ask for an age validation or student ID number, which the University has and should be on her transcripts.
