it could be more hard for staff to block him if he's on a rotating IP. I checked the dns report on that website and found the registrant is somewhere in Beijing china.

I was reading up on this at the forum and they do know, but it is the weekend and with the holiday, they're telling people to stop using the report button, it's flooded and they won't get to it until Monday. Personally, I think it's crazy... there are times when I have been here and a question was deleted less than 5 minutes within posting- I understand, how do you combat a bot that is doing this... someone had to program it!

Man will always plague the world around him. Man wants to be God. God knows that man is only an image, a reflection of what is real. If you look close enough at the image you too will see what is real and what is man. Trust that others can do this as well.

They "can't figure out"?

They just haven't done anything, get it straight. It's entirely possible to ban his IP from Y!A and delete the account.

He is doing a pretty good damn job at this thing. Even though i am not happy with what he is doing, i respect him for being able to do this for so long and still not suspended.
