Well...I have an account on www.fusiveweb.co.uk, and I just wanted to know if I had to have permission from the site I am geting pics on to put them on my website, or do I have to get a liscence, or just put where they came from. Please help!!!

Nope. Creating a webpage is really easy. Just be sure that if you get any pictures or special text or anything that you didn't make yourself you cite it in a citation at the bottom of the page. Otherwise that would be bad.
