Well.. You could try audiencing for a commercial for some sort of food product or something like that. I have a friend and she's fifteen now and she is going to Vegas in april to try out for a place in Cosmogirl magazine (her thing is modeling) so all you have to do is find a place where there is a slot for a commercial and take a crack at it. (Most celeb started their careers with a commerical)

Remember as a big time actor you do make a lot of money but you live a life of solitude, depression, urges to do drugs, stress, and many other horrendous things.
You live in trailers, have to do the same thing hundred of times over. Have sex tapes released about you. Dirty rumors are spread. Are pressured into losing 70% of your body weight.
But go for it. :D

Take classes, practice, read about people who have begun/have successful careers, get headshots made & get a list of agents in your area & start sending you photos/resume to them. Get experience in classes & in small local/community theaters and student films.....it's very competitive, but if you can't imagine yourself doing anything else - GO FOR IT! Best of luck to you!
