I couldn't for some reason access that link you posted, but from my experience this is what I do to keep my lips extra glossy looking.
Exfoliate your lips first by using a towel or napkin to get rid of all the dead skin. Then use Carmex lip balm in the jar. Then apply the lip gloss. Pay attention to the center of the bottom lip to create the extra plump and glossy effect.
If the color I am thinking you want is a natural, nude color, I use MAC lipglass called C-Thru. It's a great nude lipgloss. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure how you could achieve that color. But I used to have the same problem with my lipgloss it always seemed that my lips got dry. So I put a chapstick (anything will work) on my lips then put on my lipgloss. I know that nuetrogena has good lipgloss, try that. I think there is even a pale color like the one your trying to achieve. Good Luck.

Have you tried MAC makeup? Go to the store and ask the girls there to find you a nude lipstick as well as a lipgloss that'll complement the lipstick shade you find. Then wear them together. I think those girls will be able to help you just fine. Or even go to their website: maccosmetics.com

if you put foundation on your lips as well.. and then a clear lip gloss. if thats not what you want in the end, add some bronzer power to your lips. sounds wierd but it will add the neutral color.

this might sound weird, but i've used a little bit of concealer, then let it dry... and put on this lipgloss: rimmel vinyl lip, in eastend snob [they have it at walmart, and on drugstore.com] or the clear version
