Definitely wash your face in the morning (even if you showered the night before). It will make you feel refreshed. Put on moisturizer also to keep your face moist and fresh.
One trick I learned is to put white eyeliner on the inner rim of your lower lid.
You can try those coolling masks that you keep in the freezer or fridge. It looks like an ice pack in the shape of a mask with eye holes. the cold can reduce the puffiness around your eyes and they can be found in any beauty section .
I've also heard that sleeping on your back (which I personally cant do) will keep you from getting lines from the sheets or pillowcases on your face.

To get rid of wrinkles under your eyes in the morning: place a spoon in the freezer for about 15- 20 min. Once the spoon is chilled, softly but firmly press it beneath your eyes (on the wrinkles). If it's too cold then slightly warm the spoon with your fingers until its cool. Then replace under your eyes.
I don't know the scientific explanation for WHY this works, but it works pretty well for me. Especially when I'm really tired and need a little skin perk.

Well the routine I use is to wash/tone face each morning, I use a vitamin C serum to "perk" up the skin, a good eye cream made for dark circles and puffiness, moisturize and use a concealer under your eyes. Use a yellow tone yellow cuts dark circles out but regular works well too. Also when applying eye makeup use pure white in the corners of your eyes you will be amazed at how your eyes will look brighter!

One of the most effective beauty secrets for that fresh morning look is to constantly have moisturizer handy. If moisturizer is applied at least twice daily and you consume enough water, it will make a huge difference on the livelihood of your skin. If this done daily, it will, more and likely, alleviate your under eye problem for sure. Another thing, sleep at least seven hours a day. Curtailing your caffeine consumption helps, also.

You need to simply wash your face in the morning, splash some cold water and then apply face cream. Always use a cream for the eye.

One thing is to not put eyeshadow low and dark, make sure it is up higher. Another is not to put too much blush. The last thing is to check out The personalizer from www.arbonne.com
