Personally, I'd probably get really turned on, but then, I am gay. I might even try to discretely suggest we try a little man-to-man sex. Your reaction may be different from mine as not all people will react the same way. I have always preferred males when it came to sexual partners.

Well, for sure I know that all guys wonder if his friend(s) or other guys penis is bigger or smaller than his or thinner. shorter, fatter... you get the point.
But for real, It is just a guy thing and you should not make anything of it. Accidents happen whether it be on purpose or not. You saw it , now get over it unless it made you feel more confident of your manhood or made you self conscious. Me, I had my thoughts and I got over it because it made me more secure. A penis wil always be a penis unless it is inverted.

No big deal. i'd only be upset if I saw him naked and he had a nice pink vagina instead of the penis.
Now that would startle me. !!!! It would upset my friendship a bit if he had the wrong equipment for a guy.
but really, to see another guy nude is not a shock at all.

well i really wouldnt be looking at my friend. i'd be either washing or getting changed. if i did happen to see? whoopty-doo. like i care.
as for that gay guy, i'm a homo too and doing/saying stuff like that in a locker room... not good if you like your nose in the shape/position its in. i know i wouldnt put up with that in a locker room.
