I've been overweight most of my life but not by much, I've been lifting weights for about 8 years now intensely, and I grew pretty fast so now I have stretch marks on my stomach due to the weight, on my back due to the rapid growth spurts, and on my shoulders, arms, and chest due to the weight lifting. Is there actually any way to help get rid of them? I've kinda been using mederma, but it takes forever, its expensive as hell, and you have to use a lot of it. Is there surgery that you can get or treatment or something to help reduce or remove them?

Palmer's Cocoa Butter works well for stretch marks. This may sound funny, but that's what they recommended to my wife when she was pregnant. It moistens the skin, and allows it to stretch a little easier, relieving the stretch marks from forming.

Any type of lotion should work, as lon as it has moisturizers in it. Plus, it will save you a helluva lot of money over Mederma.

I've herd rubbing peanut butter on them for a while helps.

If there red, you can probly make them go away.
If there white, then there isn't anything besides surgery you can do.

But don't worry, it's prefectly normal, ever woman who's had child gets them on there breats and stomach when pregnant.
