A lot of people want to spend Christmas day with their families and children and that would put them in the position of either not attending your wedding or not being able to spend the day with their families. It also depends on how many of the people you are inviting have to travel a long distance to get to the wedding. Traveling on Christmas is difficult and expensive if you have to fly.
You might consider getting married on a different day, maybe New Year's Eve and incorporate your reception with a New Year's party. That would be a little less intrusive on people's family time and be a great way to celebrate a new year for you and your guests.

If you really don't mind having an extremely limited guestlist then do that if you want to. Most people who choose to have Christmas themed weddings have them anytime prior to Christmas, usually on a Friday or Saturday night as those are most convenient for the masses, and they don't conflict with prior arrangements that anyone may have. No matter what you decide, you need to send out save the date notices at least 6-12 months ahead so people have time to plan and make necessary arrangements.

No.
• No priest or reverend will be available
• Most churches would not schedule a wedding on Christmas. • Notaries would be taking a holiday and City Hall is closed.
• People want to be with their families, so you would be hard-pressed for guests going to a wedding on Christmas.
• You may offend any friends with strong religious beliefs.
• If the marriage doesn't work out, you may later have bad memories of Christmas simply because you got married on Christmas.

Bad idea.
The people you might want to invite as guests will almost certainly have other plans, and, each anniversary it will be the same thing, with Christmas overshadowing your special day.
Find another date.

If you mean married then I'd say no. For one fact if it doesn't work out then every Christmas day you will remember your ex, and everything that went wrong instead of the joyus event of the birth of Jesus.
