your question is not well phrased and it is not well constructed to understand exactly what you want to know. Are you asking what happens to film that is kept in poor conditions and is over the expiration date? Or how has photo chemical film changed over the years?
One thing is as film ages it loses its clarity when it is developed. Images may become cloudy or fuzzy. The sensitivity of the film may go down causing graining and color inaccuracies. I am surprised at the question as most people who use photo chemical film are well aquainted with how the newer formulations work and most younger people use only digital cameras.

Todays films are clear, accoustically balanced, brilliantly colored, and digitally mastered. THey exist on a medium that will not deteriorate with time such as the oldest film clips.
