I am looking for instructions for making a vint jewelry Christmas tree?

Either on-line, or printed material - these Christmas trees are made from pieces of vint jewelry epoxied to fabric and then framed. I've seen them with a paper template background, and without; with lights and without. Thanks in adavance!
