what is the best software to use to download movies to sync to my ipod?

i've been on limewire for hours trying to download 1 single movie. which software can i use that will download it fast & in its full length to sync onto my ipod?

itunes7 is the best
free ,safe and completely legal

with limewire ,it takes time'

and you cannot sync onto your ipod

also
you can use

frostwire
to download movies

to sync to ipod through these is tough

You can't. Not onto an iPod. They were built for iTunes and iTunes only! Shoulda done your research dude :-)
