Normal human beings feel guilt and pain when they know they have done something very wrong that they know they ought not to have done or when they have hurt someone else. It is a big part of what it means to be human. To feel guilt means that you have a healthy conscience. Those who do not have this faculty (conscience and the ability to feel guilt and remorse) are called psychopaths.
If you are burdened with guilt, the first thing you ought to do is seek peace with God (whose moral law you have despised). Then seek the forgiveness of the person you have hurt and if needed, make restitution. And resolve never to do the bad deed again (so God help you). This is waht Christians call "repentance." If you are sincere, your conscinece will be cleared and you can know the peace of God which surpasses understanding. I KNOW becuase I have experienced it (and so have countless others)

No I don't feel neither of them. I have done nothing to be guilty about. I just pray and keep on going.

my family guilted me to control me. Now I have to be careful not to take that role in my own life now that they are not here. I am used to doing that, as that is how i believe I make good choices, being guilted into it
