It's a virus site, and "man" is a spambot that is hitting about 90% of the questions on Y!A.

"man" is working on search engine optimization. trying to increase page ranking by posting links on each question. At present he is on level 7 with abt 29000 points

That guy is a spammer trying to promote his personal website. He answers every question with that link. Report his answer so we can get rid of him on here.
