Trust is the most important thing in any relationship. What did this person do to make you not trust him/her? If the friendship is a long one then try to work it out if you haven't know this person very long then it might be a good idea to end it now.

okay this may seem a bit harsh but if you do not trust them then do not be friends with them. there probably is a reason you do not trust them. but trust is a big key in a friendship. just walk away from it you will be glad you did in the long run.

You never elaborated on the subject as to why you can't trust this person, If i were you i would distance my self from this person if i could not trust them

The first meaning of "friend" is someone you trust completely.
If you don't trust this person.....they are not your friend and you get away.

first of all, think about WHY you can't trust them. did they do something that diserved your distrust. and sometimes people do stuff on accident to make other people not trust them. so still be friends with him/her and let them earn your trust back.
