When you wrote that, it made me want potatoes. I am going to go boil some. Don't try to stop me. I'm taking my life into my own hands. (I think I may use butter as well).

When people decided that bone-thin and grossly emaciated were the 'in' thing. There is something to be said for omitting 'bad' carbs but fruit and vegetables are tasty and healthy. There is, however, no great value in white flour nor white sugar. The only thing contributed is empty calories in these bad carbs. It is nice to be healthfully slim, but a bag of bones - I don't think so!

it's not a dirty word for everyone.
not every diet works for every body and lifestyle. i could never imagine living without carbs - but for others it's as easy as cutting out saturated fat
