This was confusing, since I know that squares are rhombi, but the question is asking me the other way around.

all squares are rhombus but all rhombus are not square.
Because in square all sides are equal similar to rhombus but in rhombus angles aren't 90

It's a square only when all its interior angles are right angles.
So the answer is "sometimes".
