i dont have a flash drive but i wanna put a save on my ps2, how would i go about doing that?

You can transfer game saves from memory card to memory card; so, theoretically, if someone else has the save on their memory card, you can just plug each memory card into a slot and transfer it that way.

But no, you can't get game saves off of the Internet without a Flash drive.

They're really not too expensive... maybe $20-$30 dollars new, and probably even cheaper than that on eBay.
