Sure, but you're just using up additional resources to do so, and yes, they can conflict with each other just like more than 1 anti-virus can interfere.

You can use two, but it may or may not work together in liasion. I once used two, but ther was no problem. It depends try using both, and seprately and find the best suitable for you.

Yes but you might have problems with them conflicting and end up with more popups. You should find one that works for you and use just that one.
