making said hyper person non hyper. See ppl who are not hyper that drinks caffinee gets hyper, so I am figuring the oppsite would happen to hyper ppl

Would make sense to me if you could get the dosage right. They treat hyper activity with stimulants.

No I don't think so. Caffeine just makes you more hyper (energetic), but only temporarily. Then your energy level crashes to below where it was before you actually drank the coffee. That's why it's so addictive. It doesn't last.

Nope, it just makes them even more hyper. A stimulant like caffeine won't calm anyone down.
