I've been volunteered by my wonderful husband to make a dessert for our family gathering that will be tasty but unique. I need answers from ya'll fast, cuz I just found this out today!!!

allrecipes.com....there are so many recipes......one dish can be submitted from different people all around the US and you could choose which one you like best! I love this website.

Fruit Ambrosia

INGREDIENTS
1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons grated lime rind
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits or chunks, drained
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange slices, drained (reserve several for garnish, if desired)
1 cup white miniature marshmallows
1 (3.5 ounce) can flaked coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
DIRECTIONS
In large bowl, combine EAGLE BRAND®, yogurt, lime juice, and rind; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors. If desired, serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with reserved orange slices. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Ice cream plum pudding is nice if you live in the S Hemisphere.

Vanilla ice cream mixed with
chipped dark chocolate
rum soaked raisins
or
dried fruit salad mix (apples apricots pears)
add some mixed spice and cinnamon to taste.
Use a plastic lined pudding bowl as a mold line the walls of the bowl with the mixed vanilla and fill the middle with a good chocolate icecream.

melt one stick of butter, package of choclate chips in a pan, stir in 1 package of miniture marshmallows (colored) . on sheet of wax paper sprinkle cocnut, pour mixture on paper lenghthwise roll in shape of a log. freeze about 3 hours cut into slices. they look like staind glass windows. kids love them.

try to find to recipy for a desert called pumpkin bread!!!.....its REALLY GOOD!!!
