I am 19 years old going on 20. I go to sleep around 9 o'clock, wake up at 7-8 in the morning, take a nap and sleep for three to four hours, then go back to sleep around 8 or nine. I could go to sleep earlier but I try really hard not to. Is this normal? I also have dizzy spells quite frequently. Going on Elevators makes me want to pass out, or if I turn to quick I blank out. I also seem to trouble remembering things. Is this at all related? My biggest question is the Icansleepforever syndrome. Thanks!

Your body is just like a machine, when you sleep, you turned your machine off, yeh, and all the system turned off. When you tried to restart it again, it would took about 1 hour till it is working property again.

Sleep once a day, about 7- 8 hours, it is good if you have time to sleep till 9 hours, but over sleep is definitely not really good

You are sleeping a little more then the average person, but that is alright. The thing that worries me is the dizziness and black outs. Are you loosing a lot of blood somehow? Through your urine or bawl? Head on over to your doctor and see what he has to say.

I think you should consult a doctor on that. Sleeping is good, but you need to be productive. It seems to me you spend your entire time sleeping. Seek the help of a professional on that one.
