who is anyone to judge what is sane or insane? What is normal for one is not normal for another. Everyone is insane, buit where considering our dimensional behaviour, it is not visible in some people as that abstract corner of the mind is not visited very often. All greats however are considered insane. There is Salvador Dali who painted on subjects which seem unreal, but actually define mcuh more fact than a billing report or political survey. You see, we all have somehwat of a lonely view, a sacred inner sanctum which has never been visited and never can be visited by anyone. For me something might be good but for you it might be bad. Throughout our whole lives we are on a journey of exploration, not only external, but internal as well. Have you seen the holocaust? If you havent, how can you know how you would respond to it. THerefore you will never know and thus never completely understand yourself. As far as sanity or insanity is considered, we only percieve certain aspects to be sane because we are accustomed, but for someone from somewhere else, a distant dimension that stands by your side, where time runs backwards, this might be strange, and insane. So therefore there is no question of creating insanity. Maybe you are creating sanity when you think you are going insane. You can never tell .Regardless if some change occurs, you have only become more learned about yourself. There have been writings, such as Poe's The Fall of the House of Usher, where Roderick Usher engulfed in his own "insanity", but was that insanity? Did he not only realize that he needed the presence of his sibling to keep him stable? Therefore we cannot say that insanity pervaded him, but only realization pervaded him. Maybe someone is destined to die, and they will only die when they realize it. That is Roderick's self discovery. You CANNOT be insane,as that state does not occur at all.

Absolutely, the brain has it's purpose in maintaining our rhythm, dealing with ails in our lives. When it is overworked, thinking about things thought can have no effect on, insanity results. example, Why does he/she keep doing this. what solution can our brain offer. none accept the unknown and live happily.

Yes, they can. A person can convince them self to think something, like if someone is after them or if some monster will kill them, so the human mind can do alot, and anything is possible.
